BEFORE PICTURE DAY

You will receive posters, reminders, and information regarding your photoshoot!
Please hang the posters IMMEDIATELY in a visible place to promote your Picture Day and help remind parents! :)
You will receive an email with a PDF poster to email to your parents and post on social media!
Before we arrive, please have a roster of each class ready and note any siblings of children.
If you have more than 1 day scheduled for us, please divide the school equally into age groups with a mix of ages on each day.
Prior to Picture Day, please email us an Excel file with all student's first and last name as well as a parent contact email for ordering purposes.

DURING PICTURE DAY

Photographers will show up at our agreed upon time (please allow 30 minutes for setup) and ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
Our photographers bring an assistant each day to help the process go smoother. They are trained to take special care of the children, so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot!
Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you.
After we are finished photographing the designated children for that day, we will ask you to check over the roster that everyone was photographed, and the photo team can then leave.

AFTER PICTURE DAY

1-2 weeks after the photoshoot, we will bring back beautifully edited proofs of each child's images that include an individual online code and QR code with instructions on how to order.
If we have their emails, parents will also receive an email with their private gallery link.
All ordering is done online, so no one needs to collect any payments or proof envelopes.
Families will have roughly two weeks to place an order online with free shipping to the school. Any orders placed after the posted due date will be automatically shipped to home (a $10 ship-to-home fee will apply to all of these orders).
All orders placed prior to the due date will be delivered to the school roughly two weeks following the due date.
