Order Photos

You will then be prompted to enter your private gallery code, which is circled on your child's proof sheet. After entering your code, click on any of your child's images to see all of the packages available for purchase.

If you placed your order to be shipped to the school:

All orders that are selected to be shipped to the school arrive together 7-10 business days after the picture due date has passed. For example, if your gallery has noted the picture due date is November 22nd, ALL orders placed by this date will arrive 7-10 business days after this date.

If you placed your order to be shipped to your home:

Your order will arrive 7-10 business days after your order was placed via USPS

No worries at all! While the due date has passed, you can still order pictures! Your order will include a $10 fee that covers shipping. All orders after the due date will be shipped directly to your home. We do not offer local pick-up.

All galleries are available for up to a year after the original due date, so there is plenty of time for you to order! If you lost your code, please fill out this form and we will send you the link to your child's gallery!

Request Gallery Link

The fastest way to receive your child's photos is to order one of our digital gallery packages by clicking the "Order Now" icon on the home page.  You will then be prompted to enter your private gallery code, which is circled on your child's proof sheet. After entering your code, click on any of your child's images to see all of the packages available for purchase. All digital gallery packages can be found under the "Digital Images" tab.

If you choose to purchase a digital gallery, you will receive an email to the address provided within 24 hours following checkout to download your images. Any prints and packages that are ordered prior to the due date will be delivered to the school. However, you can choose to have your order shipped to your home for an additional fee as well.

We offer four digital gallery options. You can choose to purchase a downloadable digital gallery of ALL of your child's images (which is for galleries that have more than 6 images), select only 6 images, select only 3 images, or choose an individual digital photo. All are available by clicking the "Order Now" icon on the home page. You will then be prompted to enter your private gallery code, which is circled on your child's proof sheet. After entering your code, click on any of your child's images to see all of the packages available for purchase. All digital gallery packages can be found under the "Digital Images" tab.

If you choose to purchase a digital gallery, you will receive an email to the email address provided within 24 hours following checkout to download your images. If you still have not received your gallery within 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will be happy to resend them!

All digital images should be emailed to the address provided within 24 hours of checkout. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder as it might have ended up there. If you still haven't received your gallery within 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will be happy to resend them!

If you selected any retouching, this can delay your digital images being sent. Please reach out to us with your order number so we can check the status of the retouching.

Effective July 1, 2022, ALL orders are subject to a $.29 Retail Delivery Fee. This is a fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. Any orders that are placed after the due date has passed are subject to a $10 ship-to-home fee. This fee covers the delivery cost that ensures all packages are protected and arrive undamaged to your home.

If you still have your child's proof sheet and private gallery code and it has been LESS than 12 months since the photos were taken, you are still able to order online. Click the "Order Now" icon on our home page and enter your private gallery code. After entering your code, click on any of your child's images to see all of the packages available for purchase.

If you choose to order physical prints, your images will automatically be shipped to your home.

If you are wanting to order prints or packages of photos taken OVER 12 months ago, please fill out this form: Contact Us. All galleries expire after 12 months.

We offer make-up days!! Please visit our "Parents > Picture Make Up Days" tab to view our make-up days that are coming up. :)

There is no fee for students to be photographed at their school and no obligation to order. While there is no obligation, we appreciate any orders that are placed with us!

There is also no cost to your school to have our company come out to photograph all the students, staff, and class pictures that happen throughout the year. This is why we love capturing smiles that you will love!

To be honest, so that people do not steal the images that we need to sell in order to provide the services and programs we do to the schools we partner with.

If you are finding it hard to see your images and would like some additional options, please fill out our contact form on our "Contact Us" page with what you were wanting to look at and we will be happy to help!

This is due to something called "Aspect Ratio".

To put it simply, we crop all of our images to fit an 8"x10" print. Anything that is printed a different size (5"x7", 2"x3", etc.) may have parts of the image that "fall off" and will not be printed. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering other sizes!

When we crop our pictures, we use a tool that helps us leave space so that no matter what size print is selected, the parts of the image that "fall off" and are not printed are not the important parts (like your child's head). While we do our best to ensure that no important parts are cut off, we cannot guarantee that these pieces will not "fall off" when ordering anything other than an 8"x10" print.

Of course!! We welcome all siblings so that we can get pictures of them together. :)

We would only ask that you check with your school to make sure they are okay if you bring in any siblings who do not attend the school.

All siblings who attend school together will have their pictures taken together (unless otherwise noted by the school).

All galleries are usually ready within 5 - 10 business days AFTER the completion picture day. Each gallery has its own private login code that will be available on the proofs you receive from the school.

If your school provided emails OR if you provided your email to us, will receive your gallery link via the email provided. Please check your SPAM folder. These are usually sent about 2 - 3 days prior to physical proofs arriving to the school. If you have not received your email, please wait for proofs to be delivered to the school. If you still do not have your login information, please fill out this form: Request Gallery Link.

Gallery passwords are available on the physical proofs we provided to the school. Instructions for logging into the gallery is also available on the proofs provided.

You can also visit our "Parents > Request Password" tab to see instructions on how to login and find your gallery code. If you cannot find your password, you can use the form on that same page to request your gallery link.

We do MINIMAL retouching (i.e. boogers, bruises, cuts, scrapes, etc.) before we send the pictures to you!

We DO NOT touch any hair, skin tone, birthmarks, scars, etc. If you would like any of these to be retouched, please send us an email with your request and we will accommodate you! :)
