We can’t wait to photograph at your child’s school!

Preschool Parent Info

Have your child dressed in the outfit of your choice.
The posters on the door will have the backdrop information.
If your posters say, “We bring the outfits”, just dress your child in jeans if possible.
If your school has chosen the “dress up” program, we will put outfits on over their clothes. Jeans allow for more posing options. If you don’t want your child dressed in our outfits, just let a staff member at the school know.
Siblings will be photographed together and separate unless we are told otherwise.

1-2 weeks after the photo shoot we will bring back proof envelopes with a due date on them.
Please turn in the proof envelope to the purple box at the school by the due date or order online using your personal login code.
If you do not order by the due date, you are still able to order online using your personal login code. They will then be shipped to your home for a small handling fee.
Late orders will NOT be brought back with the school’s original order.

1-2 weeks prior to Picture Day your package will be delivered with marketing posters, director info sheet and stickers (if requested) for the children to remind them for pictures the day before.
Immediately hang the posters in a visible place to promote your Picture Day.
2 weeks prior to Picture Day, we will email a PDF to mass email your parents (if you use mass email).
Before we arrive, please have a roster of each class ready along with the sibling sign-up sheet provided in your Picture Day package. You may also want to have separated parents marked so we can print two packages if needed.
If you have more than 1 day scheduled for us, please divide the school equally into age groups with a mix of ages on each day.
This will all be explained in the marketing package that we send 1-2 weeks prior.

Photographers will show up at our agreed upon time and ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
Our photographers bring an assistant each day to help the process go smoother. They are trained to take special care of the children, so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot!
Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you.
After we are done doing the designated children for that day, we will ask you to sign the roster that everyone was done, and the photo team can then leave.

1-2 weeks after the photoshoot, we will bring back beautifully edited proofs for the parents to order from.
The proofs will have a due date on them to either turn into the purple box at the school or order online with their personal login code.
The day after the due date, a team member will come get the purple box.
After the due date has passed, parents can keep their proof envelopes and order online using their personal login code.
Orders turned in by the due date will be brought back to the school 1-2 weeks later.
Late orders made online will have a handling fee and will be mailed to the parents’ home.
Late orders will NOT be brought back with the original order.

A COMPLIMENTARY $135 package to the director/principal to be used on his/her own children or can be offered to another staff member at the center.
50% off on all packages for staff children at the school.
Profit sharing for schools
